Host High School – Refers to the high school where the career and technical education pathway classroom and labs are located. Currently, school districts are Monroe Central High School, Union City High School, and Winchester Community High School.
RAZ-32 Student Agreement
Student Commitment
Enrollment into shared pathways is at a minimum a semester commitment. Students will have five days at the beginning of each semester to withdraw or enroll in one of the CTE shared pathways listed below.

Calendars & Transportation
School Calendars
Students should expect that all shared programs will follow the school calendar of the Host school where the career and technical education classes are conducted. Calendars will be clearly communicated by the program instructor and also in the course syllabus.
Transportation – Member School Districts
- High Schools: Monroe Central, Winchester, and Union City
- RAZ-32 will provide bus transportation to/from the host high school where the CTE pathway is located for the morning programs only (first block). Students are required to utilize the transportation services provided by the school and are NOT permitted to drive their own vehicle when enrolled in a morning RAZ-32 CTE pathway.
- The mini-bus, school bus, or other transportation method arrival/departure times will be communicated to the student via email, letter, or home school administrator/counselor.
- Students enrolling in a pathway that begins after the first RAZ-32 block or in a second-year program must provide their own transportation to/from the host high school where the CTE pathway is located.
- RAZ-32 morning transportation is only available to Host Member School Districts located within Randolph County.

- High Schools: Randolph Southern, Wapahani, and Northeastern Wayne
- The school district or individual student must provide their own transportation to/from the host high school where the CTE pathway is located.
