The Cybersecurity (IT Infrastructure & Operations CT) program equips high school students with essential skills to protect digital information and infrastructure. Through hands-on learning and real-world projects, students explore topics like programming basics, data protection, network security, ethical hacking, virtualization and Cloud Computing. This program prepares students for careers in a rapidly growing field, fostering critical thinking and problem-solving abilities vital for today’s tech-driven world.

Students who meet eligibility requirements may have the opportunity to gain real-world experience through a work-based learning experience at their home school as an IT Support Specialist or with an employer in a role that directly aligns with the IT Infrastructure and Operations skills and knowledge developed during the first-year of the pathway.

- The Infrastructure & Operations Certificate (CT) at Ivy Tech Community College provides foundational training in IT support, networking, cybersecurity, and computer systems operations. Through coursework students develop the skills needed to install, troubleshoot, secure, and maintain technology infrastructure in business environments. The program also prepares students for the CompTIA A+ industry certification.
- To earn the Ivy Tech credential, students must complete all dual credit hours in the pathway equaling 21 Ivy Tech credits.
